PU Prime is not authorised by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority, so we don't link to it.
PU Prime (formerly Pacific Union) targets active traders with high leverage and copy trading, though most clients are served by its lightly regulated offshore entity.
Our verdict on PU Prime
Warning for UK readers: the FCA has put 'PU prime / Pacific Union (Seychelles) Limited' on its warning list of unauthorised firms (first published May 2023, last updated April 2026). The FCA says the firm may be providing or promoting financial services without its permission, and advises consumers to avoid dealing with it. If you deal with it, you have no access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or the FSCS.
PU Prime is regulated offshore: PU Prime Ltd holds a securities dealer licence from the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (SD050) and an investment dealer licence from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. It is not authorised by the FCA.
Its accounts range from a Cent account (US$20 minimum) and a commission-free Standard account (US$50, EUR/USD from 1.3 pips) to Prime (US$1,000, raw spreads plus US$3.50 per lot per side) and ECN (US$10,000, US$1.50 per side). But because of the FCA warning, we do not recommend PU Prime to UK residents. Choose an FCA-authorised broker instead.
